Dammit Jim I'm a Doctor not your Life coach!

So my last visit to the general physician I had mentioned that I planned on seeing a chiropractor. He adamantly demanded I avoid them and instead go to a physiotherapist. My first experience with a chiropractor at 15 years old went
well so I ended up at the chiropractor anyway when my back went out this last week.

I honestly hate it. The office is wonderful and very efficient but the pain during adjustments to my lower back and hips is unbearable. I've had a lot of bone density loss from the nutritional deficiencies let alone the starvation period around my hospitalization. Couple that with my horrible slip and fall accident last winter and that just about explains why it feels like my hips are glass. My delicate state is probably why my regular physician didn't want me to go to a chiropractor. The chiropractor happens to be a High School Alum which makes me chuckle. He is also adamant that my back is so bad I need constant care.

After my X-rays in the first visit he named three key spots with severe subluxations. The first was I believe C3, then a thoracic one behind my heart and finally the sacral bone, I think. What is frightening is that the symptoms he said relate to those pressured nerves are some of what I have considered to be my neurological presentation. They don't however explain the tremor, vertigo, rigor, fatigue, halos and cognitive deficiencies on there own. It kind of seems if you subtract the subluxation symptoms that I clearly have Parkinson's Disease, my original presentation.

Next to my hematologist is a dental center that luckily enough take my insurance. At last weeks cleaning I expected to have a cavity since it has been over ten years since I saw a dentist. She said I needed two at the time but turns out the grand total is five. Yesterday evening I went in and they did two in the backside of my canine teeth. After the shots I felt like a walrus with two big invincible tusks where I should feel my top lip. The local and anesthetic did give me some Dystonia ticks but I've been feeling it coming for days now in my legs. Next week is filled with doctors visits not to mention I have a paper to finish for my current course. I'm getting a focal migraine just siting here thinking about it. Then again that could be the caffeine from the 2 bottles of Pepsi I've had in the last 32 hours. Riker, Out!
